We loooooved your condo! You had the best spot in Barrier Dunes hands down! We had dinner out on the deck at night and enjoyed the beautiful sunset and people watched for hours on end. We will definitely be renting from you again.

We are home from our wonderful trip to Cape San Blas. What a beautiful place!! The house itself is also terrific , so attractive and comfortable, completely dquipped with everything you could ever need, and those views!!--when we weren't actually outside we were gazing out at tje gorgeous landscape in every direction. We absolutely loved our stay. We all did, as you predicted, fall in love with Cape San Blas.

I just cannot describe what a wonderful, relaxing time I had at "Barefoot at the Beach" with my girls. They had a blast running along the beach and swimming, and I felt guilty leaving. When I left, I immediately missed the ocean view and sound of the waves. You really spoiled me big time!! I KNOW we will be back again!

We have very much enjoyed our first trip to Cape San Blas and love this property. For future reference, we would advise that you strongly advertise/market the wrap around deck. We were pleasantly surprised by that feature and think that we lucked out and landed in the best condo in Barrier Dunes. If you ever need someone to be a reference for you or this property, we will be glad to do that.

Your place at Cape San Blas, "Barefoot on the Beach", is absolutely wonderful. We just loved it!!!! We were so comfortable and you had so many thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and throughout that we were really able to relax and enjoy eachother. The views are amazing and the sunsets were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The window seat is perfect and I claimed it alot of the time :-). Each day was different - from warm and still and cloudy to windy and sunny and chilly - all terrific! We walked the beach, played games, collected shells, roasted marshmallows and s'mores on a beach fire (several nights), and we rode bikes and hiked in the park, and even rode horses on the beach! Our dogs, Oliver and Lily, loved the beach (not the water - ha, ha) and they romped and played till they wore themselves out!

I think you have the best unit in the complex and it was noticed by others. I gave your name, website, and contact info to two other families that were staying in other units but noticed your wrap around porch and window seat and approached us asking about your unit. One couple was from Suwanee, Georgia, and I think they were interested in renting your place for spring break!

We are definitely interested in coming back and everyone is already talking about making it a Thanksgiving tradition! I personally would also like to visit in the summer. I hope we can return soon.

I am so missing the serenity of the place and the amazing views...
