Description

This vacation rental is a Gulf front pet friendly town-home and has spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf from all rooms in the townhouse. Two full sides are beach front. There is a huge deck that wraps around two full sides of the townhome which provides a great opportunity for family gatherings throughout the day while watching the beautiful gulf views. If you block off the stairs to the beach, the deck is a great area for your pet as well! Both bedrooms have great views of the beach as well and their own private bathroom and balcony. There is a window seat off the dining area on the beach side, perfect to sit and read with a view of the beach. The sun sets directly in this window. The loft has 2 twin beds and has an enclosed stairway (normal at Barrier Dunes is just a ladder) leading up to it. The kids love the loft and think it is their special place. The sleeping arrangements are 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 queen sleeper couch. The main floor has a wood burning fireplace, 1/2 bathroom, eating area, living room, and kitchen. The square footage of heated and air conditioned space is 1557. There are 3 TV's, cable TV, 2 DVD players, VCR player and a library of DVD's, video's and books. All of the downstairs furniture was replaced March 2008. I love it because it tropical and palm trees. The virtual tours do not show the new furniture. The unit and furniture are kept in excellent shape. I provide alot of extras that others do not, so check the amenities to see what you do not have to bring. Barrier Dunes is very pet friendly and has pet stations thru out. Dogs are allowed on the beach at Cape San Blas. Come play on the beach with your dog.
